Be sure to bring in your current insurance card and photo ID with you when you come into the office. We are contracted with many insurance companies, but suggest you verify your chiropractic coverage with your insurance provider prior to booking an appointment.

We are no longer accepting new QUEST insurance referrals in our office. If you would like to be seen and have QUEST coverage, we are happy to offer you a superbill for reimbursement. Please note that QUEST does require referrals in order to reimburse for chiropractic care.

Our acceptance of your insurance card at our office does not guarantee payment by your insurance company. You are responsible for all charges, and may be billed for any services not paid for by your insurance.
